Individual attention:
your personal assistant

No need to keep an eye on the time. Concentrate solely on the things that are important to you. Rest assured that at many airports outside Europe personal assistants will take care of your individual travel requirements. As a First Class passenger you will find yourself the focus of our extensive services at every stage of your journey.

At many airports worldwide* a personal assistant will meet you when your flight lands and accompany you to baggage reclaim.

*except in Europe, Jeddah, Luanda and Riyadh

If official regulations permit, you will also be accompanied through security and passport control.

You will be informed in person about connecting gates and lounges if you are transferring at an airport outside Europe.

If something has to be organised in advance because of flight changes, we will take care of it whilst you are still in the air.

More on the personal assistant
  • For your departure a personal assistant will be waiting for you at the First Class check-in. If you are travelling to Frankfurt or Munich, you will be handed a brochure with your boarding pass that details the First Class facilities to be found at that particular airport.
  • If you wish, the personal assistant will accompany you on the quickest route through security and passport control (if official regulations permit this) to the lounge or directly to your departure gate.
  • If you are combining a Lufthansa or SWISS long-haul flight with a Lufthansa Private Jet flight, the personal assistant will work with the Hub Control Centre to ensure your flights are seamlessly coordinated – including limousine transfer between the private jet and the airport lounge.
  • If you wish to make last-minute changes to your Lufthansa Private Jet flight, the personal assistant will see to your request immediately.
